ffsWhy was it added security? He has a 5yr deal and on more then prior

ObviouslySo are you saying that if he misses more than 16 game we'll win more?

Dude who got an NRL contract with another club to be their backup, proving that he is a worthy backup? Though I wouldn't say Jake Arthur starred in NSW Cup. But he was very good for his age.Who else has starred in NSW Cup that you consider a backup?? Anyone we might know??
I was thinking more that time McNulty and Bunk investigated the murder scene at the woman’s apartmentAs Clay Davis used to say: "Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!"
f**k. f**k. f**k. f**k. f**k. f**k…I was thinking more that time McNulty and Bunk investigated the murder scene at the woman’s apartment
He missed 16 games last year and we still won 7. If he only misses 6 games, we should still make the finals.
He and Volkman have both starred in NSW Cup. It's a good sign for a backup.
Moses would be laughing just like the guy in my gif, in making the choice to bargain away his POs for more money. It was just always Pou's flimsy argument, that POs offer a player more security for less money in the player's pocket. Why was it added security? He has a 5yr deal and on more then prior
They went better without Cleary in 2023!
Year Win % without Cleary Win % with Cleary 2021 63% (8 game sample) 95% (20 games) 2022 80% (10 games) 88% (17 games) 2023 80% (5 games) 77% (22 games) 2024 64% (14 games) 85% (13 games)
Lol. Check the registered annual salary genius - if it's different, then the previous POs didn't stand, and were signed away in a new contract. He activated those PO years and we gave him an extra one on top. Nobody canceled any PO.
You just admitted a contract without a PO costs more than one with it.Moses would be laughing just like the guy in my gif, in making the choice to bargain away his POs for more money. It was just always Pou's flimsy argument, that POs offer a player more security for less money in the player's pocket.
Obviously he was only shit in 2023.They went better without Cleary in 2023!
Must be a shit player based on those stats alone, hey...
Oh right, and now there's no risk of him turning out to be injury prone and us being stuck with him until 2028. That would be a disaster! Thank f**k there's no PO.Lol. Check the registered annual salary genius - if it's different, then the previous POs didn't stand, and were signed away in a new contract.
No, I quoted your argument that it does... but you now conveniently leave out mention of the supposed additional security for the player. You just admitted a contract without a PO costs more than one with it.
Exactly my point about the futility of POs... we'd be stuck paying a badly injured player anyway - on a normal contract, or "cheapened" (lol) with POs. See Hodgson for case in point about what badly injured players do a club bottom line - with PO or not.Oh right, and now there's no risk of him turning out to be injury prone and us being stuck with him until 2028. That would be a disaster! Thank f**k there's no PO.
