Is it too early for ladder predictors?

Raiders in Canberra will be an upset in my book. They have the inability to randomly turn up to play some fantastic footy.

Souths at ANZ won't be a walk in the park either, although I think you'll win that.

Then, a desperate Parra in Round 26... you never know.

You'll still be minor premiers.

I notice a lot of ppl have the dogs winning every game for the rest of the season, yet 90% of you think the dragons will loose one or even two of their final matches...

thought it was a lil strange we play panthers, then every other team is outa the top 8

any reasons for this?

are we gna throw a game??

i put in the canberra game. even though i think we will win, i budgeted for 1 loss.

how people like timmah have us winning 3 from 5 from here on out and ending up even with the dogs i don't know

no team is unbeatable

you've put the dogs in for no more losses this season right up to the grand final lol

care to predict the result of the wcc for us as well?

Well, what do you expect me to do? Tip against the 'Dogs for the rest of the year?

Expecting no bias from anyone when it comes to these things is one of the dumbest thoughts going around. Accept I have a different opinion to you, based on who I support. Simple stuff.

Not to mention the Dragons haven't beaten us in Canberra since 2000, and since the start of the 2002 season the record at all venues reads:

Played 10, Raiders 8 Dragons 1 Drawn 1

Different team this year, got more confidence in beating canberra after the way the dragons played the storm twice this year.

round 1 came from behind to make it a golden point game

and last week came from behind to win

where in the past the dragons would have lost particular the record they have against the storm , i think they will want to break the canberra record too

If the Panthers manage to make the 8, the Dogs are actually the team I would most like to see us play from the top 4

That's the thing though, it's a hoodoo that has generally stood even when the Raiders were bog ordinary and the Dragons were flying high, such as 2004/2005 etc.

not at all.

really? everyone else has seemed to do theirs with no bias.

to go all the way through to the final is pretty arrogant, you may as well go start a thread right now saying dogs will not lose another game this year and win the grand final. go on, do it!

exactly, that's why i see it is a bit of a danger game.

but we're in the business of breaking hoodoos this year though so i wouldn't take too much from those stats

Even you could see your mob skipping six clear despite only being 4 clear at the moment.

My point - bias always creeps in, of course you want to favour your own team, everyone does.

I think the Dragons, bulldogs and storm will win all or most of their games.

Dragons 44
Bulldogs 40
Storm 37
Sea Eagles 32
Titans 32
Broncos 30
Knights 28
Panthers 27

Eels 27
West Tigers 26
Rabbitohs 25
Cowboys 24

But really those bottom 7 teams could swap around in any way possible.. there are quite a few games between the sides, so anything is possible.

I'm not as confident with the Storm anymore - so much of their go-forward was through big Sika Manu - without him they're gonna struggle big time.
