Gotta feel for Jye Gray. Been playing out his skin, whilst his better paid team mate Latrell has been ordinary on the whole, yet Gray gets demoted to the bench for Latrell? Form wise, Souths might be better off dropping Latrell to reserve grade for a week or two to get his mojo back.

In all honesty, games like tonight are why this thread exists.

Everyone knows he's probably the most naturally talented player in the NRL and can pull out games like that... they're just not done often enough.

The fact he has that talent to be the best in the game, but he isn't, is what is frustrating.

Personally I'm loving the media ban he's on this year. I hope he's finally matured enough to realise the impact he can have.

Great game last night by Mitchell, but Bennett needs to put Jye Gray at fullback.

Mitchell is a great centre and that's where he should be.

Gray was wasted last night, just passed out of dummy-half.

Jye should be looking to go elsewhere. Maybe Perth 2027.
