Great game last night by Mitchell, but Bennett needs to put Jye Gray at fullback.

Mitchell is a great centre and that's where he should be.

Gray was wasted last night, just passed out of dummy-half.

Jye should be looking to go elsewhere. Maybe Perth 2027.

Someone like Cody Walker is not getting any younger. So when he retires, Gray replaces him at five eighth.

In all honesty, games like tonight are why this thread exists.

Everyone knows he's probably the most naturally talented player in the NRL and can pull out games like that... they're just not done often enough.

The fact he has that talent to be the best in the game, but he isn't, is what is frustrating.

Personally I'm loving the media ban he's on this year. I hope he's finally matured enough to realise the impact he can have.

Hes a big moments big game player. No one else pulls off what he does last night

Physically yes but think his game management and ability to assess risk is still too low to be "the best" but he's definitely a top tier talent.

But given he's progressively gotten less mature during his career it's tough to see him maximize it. He's a 10 year player

Despite playing more seasons for souths he's still had 16 games less in the red and green vs the roosters a lot due to self inflicted suspension. There's no reason a back should be suspended that much other than selfishness

Imagine if the same Determination. Discipline.
Dedication. Desire. As a fantastic player like Preston Campbell. To do what he did in his career. Being such a small player. Or what Anthony.the Man. Mundene accomplished in his playing days. And boxing career. The Pure heart.
To use every ounce of talent. Not leaving any doubt. You given 110% in every task.
Knowing that win loose or draw. On the field or in the ring. Your a winner
Kostya in his boxing career. Would say
Don't take the easy lazy road
NO Bludge

If Latrell dropped the ball over the tryline in a GF it'd resolve a big what if.

Just seriously, imagine if this bloke was a fitness fanatic and a good bloke. He would be the GOAT of Don Bradman type proportions.
Yep....I was thinking the exact same thing this morning whilst looking at his gut...definite chance if being an immortal if he could learn how to use a stepper and bench press

I guess some people are happy to be good or very good at what they do with little effort rather than the extra 20% to be Outstanding at what they do

I'd actually put myself in that category in terms of my job 😀.....in cricket / rugby I had to work very hard to be approach average though so can't relate to Latreelll on that one
