If tom shines takes caretaker control of the shark the master and apprentice will vie for the honour til the end of the season. Fitting really

Bump time. Raiders can take last position today if results go accordingly. I have this kind of morbid fascination with the Raiders this year. I really want to see Stuart get back to back spoons at different clubs. It would be a special achievement.

Ricky makes it so easy to find a second team to support.
Anyone that's playing his.
Back to back spoons with 2.different clubs would b a fitting achievement for the piece of shit.

Although they win, who will he blame, or will he take the wrap for the win instead?

I said it in the match day thread, but that was some of the worst refereeing I've seen. It's seriously getting worse by the week.

Today a few obvious forward passes went our way and it was a little embarrassing to receive (and a few other blatant c**k ups went against us), so I'm not saying this as a whinge that 'we wuz robbed' - more just that people have a right to feel violated by referees. They f**k up pretty much every game.

I don't think the forward passed were the Titans undoing, it was the hesitant defensive line and the lack of control around the ruck.
Like you say the Raiders copped a few dud calls as well.
The refs weren't good, but they were better than the Titans.

The NRL needs to market the hell out of next week's game:

Two in a row..

..can it be done?

Find out more - Storm vs Raiders Saturday 5:30pm. Be there.

Why was Ricky Stuart not immediately awarded the Coach of the Year award at full time yesterday? There should be an immediate investigation by the NRL Integrity Unit.

16 points on offer, they're on 14 points. Probably need 28 for the cut off. They can only afford to drop 1 game.

They'll drop the game against Storm next week.
If they can beat Souffs at home they're a slim chance.
Beat Warriors at home.
Parra twice easy.
Tigers at home easy.
Dragons at home is like having the bye.
Sharks easy.

Big 2 weeks ahead of them.

No chance in hell they'll beat the Storm, hurting from a home loss, with all their guns with a week longer to recuperate from Origin and needing to aim up for a spot in the 4/8.

No back-to-back wins coming for Sticky just yet.

Milford's performance yesterday shows what a goon Sticky is, that he ever considered benching his best player - let alone actually did it.
