Hey, they have done something recently......
The moment they lost the battle.
Have they won the war yet though?
Hey, they have done something recently......
So what qualifies it as the worst exactly? The two incorrect decisions? What other calls were there that make it the worst officiated game in forty years?
Let's start it simple and use the infamous Round 17 2002 clash as a barometer. Bill Harrigan penalised the Eels 11-3 and binned four players part-way through the second half. The performance was deemed so bad, he was stood down afterwards. What made Friday night's game worse than that performance?
There were more than 2 , but again, maybe the Bronco fans are right & the rest of the RL community are completely wrong.
Such as?
Penalty try for Kahu, yes his foot/leg made contact with the ball, however for it to be a penalty try it has to be deliberate attempt to kick the ball out of his hand. Incorrect decision.
The overturning of the scrum in the 20th minute.
Oates penalty, not a penalty any day of the week.
Next set milford grubbers into the defensive line, not played at, ref incorrectly rules 6 to go & Brisbane score off the next set.
Thaiday obstructed bird in the defensive line.
No penalty after Parkers head butt.
But Storm/Cowboys game was reffed absolutely fine and even the Raiders/Sharks had maybe one or two questionable , it's clearly not impossible.
Nope, if you go to Suncorp expect to be shafted by the refs unfairly.
Please indeed. Your obvious bias is clouding your judgement IMO. As I said 95% of the RL community must have it wrong. It just needs to be a deliberate kicking motion, which Hurrell did.
Sutton sent it upstairs to be reviewed which he's entitled to do. Pulu knocked the ball into Kahu and the referees made the right decision.
Yes, we've covered that.
Luke Douglas deliberately sticks his right boot out to stop the ball.
Bird initiated contact and pushed Thaiday, not the other way around.
Please...
It appears a large majority of the RL community do agree with me, as you can see on social media & the media in general. Again, in this instance the minority (mostly bronc supporters) just happen to be right & the majority (majority of fans who support neither team) wrong. Ooooook then.95%? Where did you pull that figure from?
And I bet they agree with you on every single one of those decisions right?
Guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.
I Bleed Moron wasn't born then
Bit more recent then you guys. You haven't done shit since 06.
Roberts and Parker didn't get sent off for a start. So what qualifies it as the worst exactly? The two incorrect decisions? What other calls were there that make it the worst officiated game in forty years?

Turn off the broncos bias and open your f**kin eyes mate.
Over a million people saw EVERYTHING on national TV.
You can't deny it was the worst ref performance ever.

I stand corrected.Oh yes he can, and he will till his final breath.
Lack of forceYeah worst. performance. ever.
Shillington is the only headbutter I've seen sent off in the last 5 years. Plenty of others have done it in that time period.
Roberts should've at least been a penalty, but was Kasiano sent this year for that? Was Nathan Brown marched for his stomp? The precedent had already been set in this regard. In fact, I think Roberts is a chance of getting off on the Brown precedent of lack of force (I think it's bullshit but that's where we are). This isn't out of the ordinary.
Lack of force
WTF.
still doesn't f**kin matter.
after all thats gone on with Flabiano etc the stupid merkin still done it.
