I'm guessing a photorapher took the photo and asked one his teamates what his name was. And that teamate has seized his chance for a joke and given the wrong name.

He had a minder with him who was pretty big (not ronnie size).....but the minder was talking to some lass. Ronnie was alone looked bored out of his mind.... and i went up to Ronnie and said and hello and talked to him for about 5 mins about Mr Olympia, Lee Priest, Shawn Ray....wished him well for the Mr O title later in the yr (this was 2004) and left him alone. He was wearing these really baggy clothes that looked like pyjamas!
