Yep...Sorry to hear...I have heard many stories like yours...Yet the Govt turns a blind eye and keeps rolling it out...I bet every politician has fibre to their own residences...They would not want the copper alternative.

The irony is that I don't own a computer. Ergo, I don't need the blasted NBN.

I must admit the NBN has been working most of the time. However, since being connected we have had two outages, one for 10 days and one for seven days, all we had was 2 7 9 10 and SBS.
It is a joke trying to get to speak to anyone at Optus, unless you aee prepared to talk to Bombay Bob.
I lived in the states for 16 years and had fibre optics. Never had one day of problems.

Ford, Leilua and Pereira would get a pass and the rest were horrible. Mann must play half when Hunt is not available. Only other ISP players who are any good are Herbert, Host and Robson. Need to rebuild ISP side which is crap. That means replace 11 players.
Or the coach!
Look at Souths.

How did we lose this game given this stat report! Poor defense and poor coaching. It all basically fell apart when the winger went off and couldn't return.

Nice debut by young Masters - 122m and 9 tackle breaks.
Ford continues to develop well - 167m, 71 PCM, 40 tackles 1 miss.
Sele a cut above this level - 159m, 57 PCM, 31 tackles 0 missed
Periera going ok - 147m, 61 PCM, 1 try (is leading try scorer in ISP)
Johns another junior doing ok - 114m, 48 PCM.

Who did the stats for this game ?? Watched the game and cant recall him making 122 metres and certainly can't see how he could make 9 tackle breaks unless it was more of the standard of tackling in this comp. The 9 tackle breaks obviously didn't result in too many metres. Think the kid is strong like his brother but unfortunately has none of his speed.

The problem is that the ABN has no competition in most areas. I live in a new estate that have Opticom rolled out to each house that wants it. Download 100 and upload 40 every hour of every day since we have lived here. House prices in this area range from 400k to 1m so not a rich persons estate but just shows how it should be done. 5g wireless with towers connected by satellite is the way of the future and most probably why the Govt. is not putting it's all into fibre NBN.

The trouble with our back up forwards such as Host , Lawrie, Ross and Sele is that they usually make at least one error per game being a dropped ball, knock on or missed tackle which can easily cost the NRL side an opposition try or a try scoring opportunity. Experienced NRL forwards rarely make mistakes.

Watch the replay from last week again I strongly suggest.

Which grade as I watched both and the ISP side made countless errors and are painful to watch. The NRL side also made fundamental errors but still won due to the brilliance of our backs spine.
Our ISP spine is a total rabble with Marsters hesitant, Field one dimensional speed only, Nicholls predictable and not taking the line on and the two hookers uninspiring and devoid of variety.

I honestly hoped that Nighty and Latimore would have been in ISP this year to help the younger guys development.
They only have Allgood as a senior player with anything like NRL experience and that sums up why they are a rabble.
Until they get some NRL hard heads in there we will struggle to get any of them developed and that will ultimately be detrimental to the 1st grade side.

Old Timer you hit the nail on the head. All the old experience in ISP has gone such as Wakeman, Havili, Hind, Lewis, Sironen, FaiFai Loa, Matautia, Quinlan, etc. The young replacements have failed to fill the void left by the departures and 30 year old Nicholls has never played NRL. I also believe that Head is a poor coach perhaps he should swap with Collins who might put some starch into the players. Further Mary is wasting Lomax and Robson by not playing them. They need plenty of game time not splinters in their bums sotting on the bench. It is like we have two Jersey Flegg sides as Reserve grade has no ready made talent.

You're spot on with that assessment. I would have included Levi Dodd and Shaun Nona in that group too. For the life of me I still can't understand why Nona wasn't given the gig ahead of McCrone last year. Anyways I think I'll check them out this weekend since I live in Newy. Always a good atmosphere at this ground.
