I'd imagine Bird would be used the same way as Hilder. When Sully comes on Bird will go into the backrow. I'd expect that at around the 30 minute mark though, not the 20 minute mark. Cowboys forwards are big and fit. I think the forward battle won't lose it's sting till about 30.

I also think Galloway might start instead of Hutch.

The rest depends on how the game is going but I can definitely see someone being held back for the last 20 again if we are in front or close.

In today's SMH, Galloway is named in 20 at starting prop to replace Stevens, and Sullivan is starting hooker in 17, with the five man bench mentioned before.

I'm not sure how accurate this is, but I assume it's as close to right as we'll get.

It's the time of year when injuries start to mount up and affect teams. I like the look of the depth we have to cover the forwards but am concerned about a fill in for Dykes. Bird is not the solution at 5/8 as he showed last week. I'd throw him in at hooker to start and go Sully at 5/8. I agree with Da V that Galloway should start with Hutch as an impact.

Our 5/8 defends left where Goldy will be, so Raper might go with Bird for defence.
At least Sully might get 80 then.

In PL would make me happy. Sully is hopeless this year and it wouldn't surprise me one bit if we lose this game it will come back to something Sully did wrong. All the hype from last year has gone to his head.

He looks rushed to me, always trying to make a break. Limited time syndrome.
If he knows he has 80, he will pick his times better.
Problem is 80 mins of Sully defence, but I would be happy to give him a go.

Just before the game Raper did a thousand changes I remember.

I agree with Galloway starting but Raper likes Hutch and Nuts to start if Stevo isn't playing as we saw in the early rounds.
