Cliffy Lyons.... hang on ... he went the other way.

Come to think of it, he wasn't munch of a player anyway. I mean what did he ever achieve.

Was only just talking about him yesterday with a relo at the kids cricket, Quigs. He was saying, Apparently Steve Menzies released a team of the best players he's ever played with in the paper the other day & with over 500 games, he has plenty to choose from.

Was singing the praises of cliffy with his uncanny ability to put Menzies through a hole & never stitch him up with a bad pass.

Awesome player for a long time (as was Menzies). Possibly the clubs worst ever junior lost?

Flanno is stoked to have this kid here, wouldn't be surprised to see him in firsts next year.

Paul Simona has done his ACL, so that is a bit of a set back, but we will manage his injury and get him back ready for 2015.

A shame when a promising player (or any player for that matter) gets a season ending injury before a ball is kicked off.

Yeah it's a bummer, but early in the season is bad enough. We had Leutele this year and Gardner the year before both go down a few games in and I was hoping they'd be in for good, strong development years for the guys.

Simona, will get a LARS won't he??

Be nearly ready by round 1 if he does.

Not sure if LARS is proven. More often used on older players with less options. Don't think used in the high paying NFL or EPL.

I think they will opt for the conventional op which means longer recovery but more predictable outcome.
