My favourite moment was when he saved the Broncos from a 20 metre tap and seven tackle set by stopping the ball going dead and then stepping on the dead ball line. Great moment.

If the Broncos don't believe acting upon a player who was heavily intoxicated during the week,it's poor form and shows the clubs lack of responsibility towards the issue of it's drinking culture.

You have to be found guilty beyond reasonable doubt, so the odds are in your favour. If found not guilty, you are free - there is no separate NRL investigation as to whether there was misconduct on the balance of probs. If found guilty and sentenced, it can be argued that, oh well he's done his time for the crime.

If no charge, then you will be in the court of public opinion presided by NRL and Channel Nein.
