I read the court documents posted by Spocky several days before Christmas and was concerned about paragraphs 15 and 17 under "General Allegations".
In Para. 15, it was stated that the plaintiff "noticed a large pool of blood on the sheets next to her as well as blood on her vagina".
How large was the pool of blood? On face value upon reading this, one would think that she bled out a litre or so. However, very heavy bleeding upon losing one's virginity is extremely rare and 63% of women do not experience bleeding at all (Dr Sara Patterson, British Medical Journal, 1998).
Ever thought that the plaintiff may have commenced her menstural cycle during or after this alleged sexual act?
In Para. 17, it was stated that the plaintiff "took the defendant's undergarment as proof and in case there was need for testing".
Testing for what? If it was Hayne's undergarment, did he leave skidmarks as a way of determining a DNA match?
Seriously, the plaintiff would been better off taking the "blood soaked" sheet as evidence.
I won't go anywhere near the final section named "Prayer For Relief". FMD.
