so if there wasn't enough evidence to EVEN GO TO TRIAL.....how strong is her civil case?

Or, it's difficult to argue a rape case to win with a burden of proof of beyond reasonable doubt. The same evidence may be more likely to win when you only need to argue that on the balance of probabilities it happened.

There is no evidence whatsoever and was dropped a while ago. Nothing will come out of this and we should move on.
