Boys are tought the same.

Life is different these days. There are STDs that can give a girl cancer. No means no and there are massive consequences if those rules are not respected.

You'll find that the current teens have no real issue with this concept and it is just the bitter Neanderthals of this world that can't cope with women being their equals.

The law says you can’t give consent if you are intoxicated. I have no idea what constitutes officially ‘intoxicated’ or what happens in your example.
Established relationships have situational precidents. One night stands are problematic and probably best avoided TBH.

I think the terminology might be ‘severely intoxicated’ where the victim isnt able to make clear / rational decisions. Couldn’t find the NSW wording but I imagine it’s similar:

Under QLD and WA law, consent means free and voluntary consent, which suggests that a sleeping, unconscious or severely intoxicated victim-complainant would be viewed as incapable of consenting.

I was just questioning if the law applies to both sexes. It would be kinda funny though if two drunk people had sex and both got charged with sexual assault.

No they take risks just like we did with unprotected sex and drugs. That does not change the fact that they are at greater risk in all respects than we were.

Mmm, yep, ok. Understand.
Well, discipline appears to be the only option then.
If it's who I think it is, it shouldn't be that hard.

Suitskirt having a whinge telling posters how he thinks the forum should be run lol

who has upset you, precious?

why don't you report what's hurting your feelings instead of bitching about moderators and asking for bans as per usual?
