As for Anderson, he left the Warriors in shit state too. It took years of rebuilding for them to make the finals after he left. But I acknowledge he has good initial success at a club - just like Stuart and Hagan.

If Fitzgerald hadn't let successive coaches neglect Smith's 'academy' he wouldn't have got the arse and Spagnolo wouldn't have gotten anywhere near the board. Then we wouldn't have had to hire a rookie coach from a club with strong junior development. But it's good that Kearney/Arthur/Nolan got us back on track. Yes let's have a street parade.
