So if you knew you were not guilty you would still serve the time.

mmm so when you released and apply for a job and land it and they do a criminal check - you tell the employer that you actually didn't do it but to save the hassle you just served the time.

1 - he is guilty as can be.

2 - He'd have 18 months left if he just stayed in jail, it's a case he'll never get found not guilty in, there is no way a jury finds him not guilty after 34/36 jury members have found him guilty, mathematically impossible. He just got found guilty again after the jury seen the 22 deleted texts, what's that tell you?

If I got a message like that and she invited me to her place, what does that mean? It means sex end of story. I wasn't born yesterday. I Hope women don't lead us on like that,it's unfair for men..
I had a lady ‘friend’ a few years back who would text me in the evenings asking if I wanted to Netflix and chill. This one night, she messaged me. I was keen so I showered, shaved, got ready and drove to her house. When I arrived her head was in the toilet throwing up something chronic. She had food poisoning that had come on suddenly and not surprisingly, she wasn’t in the mood.

I didn’t just… ‘pin her down and plough her’ because I had driven all that way and she had already consented.

I accepted it, got in my car, drove home, turned on the hub and had a good ole tug like a real man.

i wonder what would be higher

the average of Harry O and Marshall Stalin’s age or the average of their IQ.

you might never come across a tandem of dumber f**ks in all of your remaining time on this earth.
You just can't handle the truth that's your problem, and you lead to insulting people, just coz they have a different view to you. Yes my IQ level ten and yours is two,I beat you by 8. Have a good day.

no witnesses to this only her word against his

Yes we know... that's the whole crux of the case.

no witnesses to this only her word against his - again why would someone delete 22 text messages before going to the police? - Waiting for someone to answer that

You understand the contents of these texts, and the fact that she deleted these texts, was discussed in court as part of the case yeah? And that he was still found guilty by the jury? You're not on the winner you think you are here.

I'm not going to argue facts of the case with you to determine guilt when a) we don't have them all b) it's been done already three times (where it actually matters) and he was found guilty 2/3 of those times.

He's guilty of sexual assault. He has form too, if you remember. I'm sorry that this upsets you.

Pretty disturbing conversation. An alarming lack of knowledge of what consent means. Sexual violence against females is a massive problem in Australia. The ‘she was asking for it’ defence seems to still prevail reading some of the drivel posted here. Looks like we have a long way to go.

Only people with tiny brains have to resort to insults
What you are spreading is just blatantly false and dangerous. Even when you are clearly wrong on a simple thing such as what "hearsay" is, you still continue to say you are correct. That is just dumba$$ behaviour.

So with reference to consent being the crux of the issue, can you please advise how she provided her consent and what she provided her consent for.
