Talagi will end up staying. His father coaches Cabramatta and their family is Parra through and through. This is just media driven bullshit. You reckon Ryles has actually told a reporter where he intends to play him?

Hayne was the best junior we have produced since Brett Kenny yet played on the wing when he came in and eventually became a fullback. I doubt Ryles would be stupid enough to put a 19 year old in a position like that when he hasn’t even fully developed physically as a man (Apologies @Gronk I’m assuming he identifies as one). 😉

I reckon it's a chance Talagi's manager has told a reporter where he's going to demand Ryles play Talagi, to bump up the price of a contract before signing....

He had to learn how to play fullback first, from someone who had already learnt more about it in Luke Burt. Talagi will also need to learn his position - any backline position - first also. That's why he should be playing the position we (Ryles) wants him to play next season now, in Cup if he has to.

unfortunately, we're not in a position to offer a development spot as a 1 in cup when the morons in charge have f**ked our roster and the injury toll is bad and growing by the week.

You reckon Talagi would rather be playing fullback in reserve grade than anywhere else in the NRL?

Yes Blaize does remind me of a young Hayne
If he could be just as good as Hayne was in 2009 leading into the GF that will do me fine
I think Hayne had better fundamentals.

He reminds me more of Fittler in his playing style.

Big Step, bit of Size, similar running Style.

Hayne was heaps better and I thought tried harder with effort plays in the game due to his ego
