Even though it didn't work in previous years, it's gotta work this year. Here's the ropeWe'll just keep doing the same thing that always works.
I still reckon the club has never recovered from the loss of Carty’s bag.Even though it didn't work in previous years, it's gotta work this year. Here's the rope
It was SEN interview posted in rumours thread maybe. Basically got into who will replace Brown/what we doing with all dat paper, his response was short/medium/long term targets and more or less we’re looking at who will play there next year but also 2027 (he said that year specifically) and beyond.Which comments?
We wouldn't need one so much if our merkins could make decent metres.A good long kicking game can do wonders.
Some time in the future we'll be signing up fertilised emybryos. We have a f**kload to spend for 2027 and we could know about them all before Christmas this year. So even though they won't be at the club in '26, they will still be 'on their way'. Just like how all the merkins who were on their way out dampened our 2022 season.
Much easier to make decent metres off the back of having better field position. That’s what Moses brings. We wouldn't need one so much if our merkins could make decent metres.
Our club has problems that go beyond the coach. I feel sorry for Ryles. I think he’ll end up on the coaching scrap heap. We'll just keep doing the same thing that always works.
The easy way out. I knew it (hands on hips).Much easier to make decent metres off the back of having better field position. That’s what Moses brings.
There’s plenty on here willing to take his place. Our club has problems that go beyond the coach. I feel sorry for Ryles. I think he’ll end up on the coaching scrap heap.
Ryles has been here 5 mins and hasn't coached a game yet with his best player. Our club has problems that go beyond the coach. I feel sorry for Ryles. I think he’ll end up on the coaching scrap heap.

Were paying the price for recruitment decisions from the previous regime where some players are still on big money and are no longer playing up to that level when they signed.
Yep. Ryles has inherited a basket case. Hopefully he can buck the trend of the last 10 Eels coaches and deliver the chocolates, but I’m not confident.Ryles has been here 5 mins and hasn't coached a game yet with his best player.

Too early to be confident with any confidence, but understanding the problem is definitely the first step in implementing lasting change.Yep. Ryles has inherited a basket case. Hopefully he can buck the trend of the last 10 Eels coaches and deliver the chocolates, but I’m not confident.
The only reason there isn’t the move towards what happened at Sharks and Dogs, is the slash and burn of Gould and the decent roster at the Sharks when their rookie coaches were appointed.Yep.
