You'd hope so but even still that just means they're ruining 100 peoples lives.
Well they shouldn't break the law

Yeah but do they deserve to have their names dragged through the press because of it? Apparently 100s of Joe Publics haven't. I had a speeding fine a couple of months ago, should I lose some massive contracts over it? Yeah drugs are bad but if you are just using I don't see why your life should be destroyed because of it.

oh FFS like a gram of blow would really ruin ur life...
get a grip
You have no issue with the NRL players funding crime and/or possibly exposing themselves to extortion or blackmail?
How is a speeding fine anywhere near the scale of this by the way
Hey I agree but when everyone cheered your club going through a couple of seasons of horseshit I really dont care.
Technically these guys are drug cheats.
Karma is a bitch sometimes.
Honestly I see possession of drugs at the same level as speeding. You could kill someone doing it but it isn't likely. Anyway it is a risk that they will expose themselves to blackmail but that isn't a reason to punish them for it. And the punishment I'm talking about is losing Vitamin company contracts worth $100,000s of moneys. Guilty or not if you're a so so former fullback/touted 5/8 you're going to lose that at least..
Peter Badel trying to be Rothfield with a hatchet job complaining about the NRL using Robbie Williams in their commercial despite his history of cocaine use, like the NRL were suppose to foresee the scandal with their magic 8-ball!
Now if only there was an entertainer who has never used drugs that they could use instead.... The wiggles? Maybe?

typical News Corp gutter journalism
I personally know of many footy players who take cocaine. It's a problem in today's society. People these days cannot enjoy a night out without getting on the drugs and that's a real issue.
Coje is great and harms nothing but your wallet
