OK, I'll rephrase. They've had some bloody good heritage jerseys. But all of their main and alternate jerseys have been shit, apart from the 2000 originals (which were good aside from the silliness of turning Vs in lightning bolts).

One word, plain, and even though simple V's do look good, I felt it was too simple and didn't give a good share of the 3 colours.

To explain the design, the side panels and sleeves are there to create a link between the current home and the alternate from last year. Doing this keeps a link between the designs. Adding the double V's in a classic style makes the design a modern version of a classic looking jersey. Finally the positioning of the V's allows the design to flow from the front to the back without having any elements just stop abruptly.

Thanks, I didn't want a white box on the back (with the logo in its regular colours the red is unreadable), though if that one selected and Allied stays as sponsor then that would probably happen.

That bottom one, they actually had a training jersey very similar to that in 2000/2001, i bought it for my father in law for $30 in the bargain basket at Peter Wynns.

It was just like the old cotton jerseys.

Love that you put your own logo on the jersey! (But the one on your website is better without the Wests wordmark at the top) Really like the pattern you've put on it.
