I think the Finals Series that year was sponsored by Sydney SportsTAB, which I think was featured in the GF badge. I don't see that here, but that's still awesome to see a GF patch on a retro jersey. I'd love for them to do a Knights one too (97 or 01 ... I'm not fussy!!).

Licencing reasons, I'd guess.
Or the whole 'Don't promote gambling to youths' thing, which on a main jersey sponsorship would, I'd say, be easier to replace for kids sizes than a tiny logo on a badge such as that.

... but I'd guess it'd be the licencing thing.

My 1992 retro is from Classic’s original retro release way back when so hard to give a recent comparison. That’s a small and looser than current era but it is similar to the Western Reds retro size small if that helps? Different fabric but similar dimensions

I have the Classic 1995 diamond retro jersey size large. I bought an XL for the 98 and they are exactly the same size. The 95 L is the same as the 98 XL.

Yup, this with blue shorts & green socks would be a great alternate against the likes of the Bulldogs, Roosters and Storm.

Now that is a real quality jersey. It's probably the best I have seen for a block and horizontal lines jersey. My favorite styles are V jerseys though. But for a block and horizontal jersey, I would wear that. Looks very cool, the colouring is awesome and spot on. Kids would love that logo too.
