If you shoot back 20 or 30 pages you'll come across some bears and pirates mock ups for logos and jerseys.
I found this on YouTube. Comes from someone playing one of the games for their west coast bears franchise mode or something.
I've found some stuff on Reddit too.

Perfect. Plus there's plenty of scope for heritage jerseys from Bears & Reds history... not necessarily exact replicas in every case, but some can be "inspired by" designs.

Dragons one is equally as lazy.
The back of the jersey according to images on their site, has absolutely no resemblance to the original.

Still bought one.
And need to resolve to the fact that these Tidwell retro jerseys aren't meant to be like for like replicas, but more so modern adaptations of older jerseys.

Confirming the ‘95 Dragons 7s retro does have Penfolds across the back.

So not as bad as first though, however still has incorrect colour pattern on the back.
