Don't get me wrong i love the new Panthers logo but i just had the urge to put a different head on it which i thought resembled the 80's/90's panther a bit more. What do you guys think?

Pretty good mate, except for the three light streaks behind the head. Kind of looks like rabbit ears.
Other than that, it's better than the original. Too late now though.

Yeah that's really nice stevenwbird. The new logo was designed by artist and Penrith legend Frank Puletua. The criteria was to blend the old leaping panther with the front-on panther face logo, and I think he did a great job.
While yours looks fantastic in detail, I still think the one we have works better as a logo. The silouette is less confusing and looks more distinctive on a jersey, also in it's simplified form on stationary etc.
Anyways, good job man, and Go the Panthers.

Steve's would make a great tattoo, but not a corporate logo IMO.
Look at them both from across the room. Anyway, it's done. Steve said he loves the original. Most Panther fans love it / like it / can live with it.

I'm definitely a fan of the logo that has been introduced by the club. It does a great job incorporating the leaping panther of the 80's/90s and the face used in the 00's and as a result I wouldn't want them to change it. I appreciate the positive comments though thanks guys.
