How do you know this?
When we signed Prince he was injury plagued,he said he could not back close to $700k(3years),the Broncos also mentioned this figure when reasoning why they let him go.
We got great value for money out of Prince.

Well Sheens still picks him. Its hardly as though Morris is going to put his hand up and say "Sheensie, I'm rubbish and we both know it. Please stop picking me"

He cost us again tonight (not the win luckily), how the bloke isn't on the bench is beyond me. He belongs in the halves as much as I belong in the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.

I really just don't get it.

Morris's defence was outstanding tonight, but he is still not a half!!!! I think even Morris would probably admit his best position is not in the halfs

He had a brillant 10 minute period at the start of the first half with his defence but spoilt it all by bombing that try with the intercept to Quinn.

In saying that credit where credit is due and Morris played well

He was great in defence tonight, but still shouldn't be in the halves.

He would be good off the bench, as a replacement lock/second-rower.

I think if Benji eventually does his job Morris can cope as a first grade 5/8. It's fair to say, there's other first grade 5/8s with less skill. I suppose he shouldn't be playing a traditional 5/8 role though. If he kicked less and played a bit more like an extra lock it wouldn't be such a big deal.

I agree with everybody else, Morris was brilliant in defence. He can also be effective in attack when he hits the ball hard. In fact, Morris would be far more suited to centre- he couldn't do any worse a job than Collis. How many tackles does that bloke miss?

I think that intercept pass by Morris when we had a 4 to 1 over lap is a perfect example of his attacking value to us.

But his defence was a bloody miracle last night.

couldnt agree more. credit where its due, morris's defence was excellent last night. his clean up work was amazing.

however that intercept was terrible. if he runs it we score, if he hits either of the THREE unmarked players we score, if he grubbers it through we score. instead he puts a pace on the chest of will chambers who should have taken it and run 100m to score and put the storm infront. luckily he is equally a spastic and juggled it.

if we score there we win the game there and then imo.

Well done Tigs...you guys played bloody well and deserved the win. Great defence...

Have not seen a lot of Moltzen but he looks a good player.

It was a bit more than one, plus 6 missed tackles.

His clean-up work was outstanding but the bloke still offers absolutely nothing in attack. When he gets the ball, we're going nowhere.

Maybe Sheens is happy with Farah and Marshall running the team. Having another organiser type at five eighth may upset the balance of the team.

Thankfully in John Morris, we have a player who is not an organiser or attacking weapon. Sheens is a genius!!
