you know in your own heart whether or not you were at Parra Stadium in 95 & 96 using shop-a-dockets to get onto the hill for $2 to see the Sydney Tigers play in front of 2500 people :)

*shudders*

They were dark days alright

Even after victories (10-6 over Perth) there wasnt much to get excited about.

I've been on the Wagon for the past 15 years but this is the first year I've heard the band start playing :)

Ahh who cares if people are jumping on board.. you know in your own heart whether or not you were at Parra Stadium in 95 & 96 using shop-a-dockets to get onto the hill for $2 to see the Sydney Tigers play in front of 2500 people :)

Half of us weren't that fortunate.

good luck to the Tigers, their going great and playing entertaining footy to boot

If my beloved Broncs and then the Cowbs were to get knocked out ... i'll be cheering for you ... not sure you can outlast us Queenslanders but we see

any time the premiership leaves NSW is great in my book :D

Oink !

I remember one night, I think it was the Tigers V Cowboys, my mate yelled out from the hill right before kick-off, "I've seen bigger crowds in my mum's bedroom". The sad thing is you could hear it echo around an empty Parra Stadium followed by some laughing in the grandstand.

IT was done because according to the brains trust at the time, researched showed that something like 60% of Tigers supporters travelled past Parra Stadium on thier way to LO, so combined with other factors the Tigers played our home games at Parramatta Stadium.

It was hoped that Parra being closer to some Tigers supports and being a more modern stadium that we would get bumper crowds there...........it didn't work.
