Comparing sexual assault to speeding is ridiculous. One involves an allegation which police have to investigate and the other involves officers on the scene catching someone in the act.

What most people don't understand, for guys like Carney and The Dugan, driving at 105 is *pretty much* the same as driving at 60 for you plebs. Their reflexes and skills are so far above a normal, mediocre human that it is really quite perfectly safe.
