Yeah can't really argue with that. The only risk is a normal human catching a glimpse of them without preparing themselves for it. It can cause blindness

It's not the only thing Pete. Get you hand off it before you need a seeing eye dog........

Dugan.....105? Pfft.......so f*cken what

His tattoos are the real prize winner for making him a f*ckwit.........

Hayne can drive faster than Dugan.

Anyway, I cannot understand who the bigger dickhead is - Dumbgan for not knowing he was suspended from driving, Dumbgan for pleading not guilty after the coppers busted him, or some of the twits here cheering for him!

If you are suspended from driving, you'd know it, because you get suspended for either multiple offenses or one big one. In NSW, if you rack up the points, you get the option of sitting the test again and going on silent P plates for 12 months, or copping a 3 month suspension. If you dont know you are suspended, you obviously cannot read a f*cking letter.

I also love the "Well make the cops prove it" line. Dont worry, they are pretty good at proving stuff. Im also sure a police car chasing a speeding driver would have the cars speed clocked. Radar works when it is moving too. And if it's the Cops word vs Boil Boy, I'd be backing the cops.

This bloke is a dickhead in the Willie Mason class. By 26 he'll be washed up!

It's not actually uncommon for people not to know that they've had their licence suspended. A persons licence isn't actually ever suspended until they receive notification by the RTA. So he can say that he never received notification by the RTA or the Police and he should get off that one.

There is however no chance he will get off the 45km/h charge however. It would set a very messy precedent that no magistrate would be willing to set. He's f**ked and will lose his licence for a couple of years.

Idiot, there is no excuse for going anywhere near that fast over the limit.

It is real simple logice.
At 60kmh and you are forced to brake you have a reasonable chance of stopping your vehicle and minimising any damage or injury to another vehicle or person.
At 105kmh you have little chance of braking and NOT damaging or hurting a nearby vehicle or person...I have seen it at 100kmh and they cannot brake in time.
Dugan is young and stupid I hope they scare some sense into him!

Having had a lot to do with both f**king fast cars and heavy mining equipment I can honestly say that braking distance is more dependent on the following than outright speed:
- The equipment you have to pull you up in time (stock shitty brakes versus something from the HSV, FPV or Brembo stables)
- The type of rubber you are using
- The weather conditions at the time
- The rolling resistance of the surface you are braking on
- The type of brake pad in use (long life cheapos, high po expensive or highest po f**king expensive but non working at lower temperatures)
- The weight of the object you are trying to bring to a halt
- How many times you have stamped on the brakes immediately prior to the "hard" application (fade etc)

Sharko, just because you keep hearing it in an advertisement by some self appointed crash expert does not make it true, if I were to take you for a spin in my twin turbo'd car and jam the brakes on as hard as I could at any given speed in optimal conditions it would be enough to jolt the absolute shit out of you and possibly throw you through the windscreen / into the dash if you were not wearing a seat belt.
It took me less than 2 seconds to go from 130 to 0 before I had the brakes bled and freshened up a week ago , I would test it beyond that but neck injuries suck balls.

On Carney - dickhead.
Reflexes on the football field do not translate to the ability to drive a car like a pro.

LOL, im going to use this logic when i get my next big electricity bill.

"Sorry, I didnt get any bill in the mail"

"Oh really? i could have sworn we sent it to you, but if you say you didnt receive it i guess we'll have to let you off this one"

It's fabulous that we have a dedicated team of posters on this forum that have never done anything where they could have been accused a f**kwit.

Wish I was that lucky. Bet a large percentage of the turkeys scrabbling around in that other shit thread I started haven't been that lucky either.

Then again I have no worries with Carney, Miles, Monaghan or anyone else who have had minor off field indiscretions.

Tandy and Joey Johns are a far bigger blight on the game

Youre right, Popeye.

The fact that other players have done worse things means this thing didnt happen.

The above surely isn’t serious?

Comparing sexual assault to speeding is ridiculous. One involves an allegation which police have to investigate and the other involves officers on the scene catching someone in the act.

Some people seem to think that because Dugan is god of rats tails and prince of Canberra he should be let off.

Seems like a legit defence to me.

I expect the charges to be dropped & an apology from the entire Australian Police Force.
