Name any other club in the league that would punt a player of Dugan's potential due to some driving indiscretions.....

Theres been players with assault charges , sex charges , drink driving , drug charges who still play the game.

neg driving and driving without a license is a very minor infringement

dont do it again , slap on the wrist , move on.

Hayne is still having issues with Anderson and is threatening to walk out. The Roosters can pick up and leave Dugan alone.

Also Riddell is coming back to the NRL. most likely a Sydney club.
