Canberra is on the front line against the advancing Mexican troops & should be given concessions to help them promote the game in southern NSW & foster junior development.

Instead they just seemed to be screwed over every year, albeit some perhaps by their own doing.

I?d be happy for all teams to receive junior concessions. Encouraging junior development within all clubs can?t be a bad thing. Seems like a no-brainer.

It's a joke someone has gotta be at a club for 8 years before there is concession in the salary cap.... & only 1 player per club is entitled to that? (Correct me if I'm wrong).

As soon as a player starts junior rep footy, that 8 years should start & concessions should be granted to every player that qualifies, perhaps on a sliding scale i.e. 40% for first player, 30% 2nd, 20% 3rd & 10% any others?

Fostering junior development & keeping players at their junior clubs is a no brainer. Supporters like to see young guys rise through the ranks & play a career with their club, not piss off after making first grade.

I think it is as many players you want but only up to $200k, so it can be $200k to one player or $100k each to two players (or $150k to one and $50k to the other) etc.

Considering all the flack the Broncos have copped from Bulldogs and Raiders fans, and that those two clubs have been linked to Hoffman. Those said fans can now go f**k themselves.
