But what about Sticky?

Coaches are clearly a different case. Nobody supports coaches besides weirdos and it's vastly more cut throat. They can be fired a lot easier than a player.

If I were setting anti tampering guidelines the rules wouldn't include coaches and other non playing personal but whatever who cares the raiders shouldn't have tempted Stuart to leave parra but you know it's clearly not the same thing.

The whole damn system is wrong. Time for a new breakaway professional rugby league competition.

I propose we call it Superb League.

I can see Hoffman being released mid season, on a side note does any here actually rate him as a fullback? If you've been watching the WC he has no ball skills whatsoever and freezes up when an overlap presents itself, much like Corey Norman when he was playing 5/8.

I can't understand why these guys excel out of position yet want to leave to play the position they struggle with..

Who cares about Sticky? That's like getting upset if another club coerced Daniel Fitzhenry into breaking his contract.

Some people (not all) are only upset about the likes of Barba/Milford etc because they're damn talented and don't really want to lose them.

We have a winner.

I'm waiting for the moment when some dickwit says "you have enough Premierships! Give us our time in the Sun!". I'm sure it's coming.

I don't think the Stuart or barba situations can be compared to Hoffman and Milford situations. firstly Stuart had a clause in his contract allowing to leave at any stage so fair enough there. with Barba the bulldogs said they had worked with barba and the broncos, they also said the broncos were their preferred choice to release barba to due to their player welfare program.

Milford and Hoffman don't want to be at their respective clubs, and even if the Broncos don't get Milford I still hope they release Hoffman if he wants to leave that badly.

As far as I'm concerned, Brisbane have won an unfair amount of premierships.

I think it's time Broncos just let it go & let other clubs shine for once.

You ruthlessly stole Ben Czislowski from us with a big money contract we just couldn't match, isn't that enough?!

We gave your Barry Berrigan, Shane Tronc (the long way round) and Shane Perry so that should something something something

''From our perspective, Josh is currently under contract with Brisbane so we can't do anything,'' Canterbury chief executive Raelene Castle said.

''He is still with the Broncos so he has to sort himself out.

''He has been on record as saying he is unhappy so he has to work through that.
''We can't have a conversation with him because he is under contract. That isn't an option for us.''

RUGBY LEAGUE

Kevin Locke is now the #1 cantidate to be snapped by the Bulldogs as it now ends any hope of Josh Hoffman leaving Brisbane #SL

Via Sports Limited. Dunno who the f**k they are so take with a grain of salt.
