I watched Ken play and all he had to concern himself with was running with the ball, he had Olympic Game standard speed and was a lightweight. He would be smashed out of the modern game but a record is a record, one that with today's defence should never be equalled

Another Australian who was an automatic pick in Australia's Team Of The Century even though he never played for Australia was Brian Bevan who scored 670 top level tries at a time when Great Britain were at least an equal
