Kimmorley looms as fall-back option if Eels miss Cronk

Kimmorley would really help your team out. I don't get all your hate towards him.

Sure your current halves are the future, but they're not getting it done right now, Kimmorley will do his job for a season with you and do it well.

I have no hate for Noddy. He's a great player. Would have to be one of the top 3 halfbacks going around at the moment. He would really help our team next year.

if noddy was playing for us this year rather that write off mortimer in the halfs we would be top 4 easy. Just his kicking game alone would score us points.

I would be happy with either I would have taken Kimmorley before he signed with the Bulldogs. Think of the job Robson did last year then times that by 3. Kimmorley is a great organiser, will yell at the forwards to go forward and at the backs to get in position, and behind our pack would have a mile of time.

Anyone who saw the Dogs game laat night should realise he would at least bring some experience to our game.

Next question, woudl you prefer KK over Barba, very interesting signing because Barba is no full back, he is a specialist 6.

Well said.

Funnily enough all the people saying they couldn't stand Kimmorley or Orford are giving it to Robson and Mortimer and Keating deluxe.

Mortimer is the future, but Orford or Kimmorley would help him out (and the team) immensely.

Kimmorley for one year would be fine. But I think 2009 was really his last great year. In 2011 he'd be on his last legs as a player and in his 14th or 15th season of first grade. It could work out like Jason Taylor or it could go the way of Paul Green.

At this point I think Cooper Cronk is a tosser and I'd be happy if we didn't sign him tbh.

Maybe the Broncos can get Cronk. They release Wallace we sign him and save a sh*t load of cash. I have always liked Wallace. Great kicking game.

I would take Kimmorley purely on his kicking game - this is waht we are lacking big time. But the question is would Kimmorley be up to it next year ?

Wallace is a definate possibilty for the eels.
He comes from the area so may want to come home and can play halfback !!!!!!
Kimmorley next year and then Wallace.

Y kimmorley could be another Jason Taylor for us and maybe able to teach Morts a few things.

so I see we're now warming to Noddy....lol

things have got that bad..hey.

yep we have the worse kicking game in the comp.

Seriously stagger what is your opinion on what we should do for a half ( considering it is highly unlikely we won't be getting Cronk) ?

I am asking this as I enjoy your opinion and you seem to have a great knowldge of the eels and sometimes insider knowledge, just curious to see what you would do.
