Nico just needs time in the role. Think Cody Walker, at a similar age.

And to cut his hair,
Like someone else said.
Go a number 1, kick merkins in the nuts and kick deep.

Looking at Nico his problem his tries to hard to be the good guy, I sorta understand why.
And the whole team has similiar attitude,.even Ronaldo has toned down.
In wrestling terms Nico need to turn heel.
AFB will help.
We need agro look at 2016 team most of them up for a fight.
This team I doubt it

Nico is the team is basically.
Only Royce looks like he wants to kill someone.
The game against Eels every player has it drummed into play to the whistle our players forgot it.
6 seconds left against eels we could win Dylan Brown walks with ball up to us, we do nothing someone should have delivered a shot on him but nothing.
In 2016 we were hated by other teams and fans we need that back.
AFB is that type of player that helps.
Look at Roosters pack JWH, Radley, Leniu, May players that have the attitude

You know what? I bet you can't recall a single incident where AFB has shown any behaviour consistent with being an enforcer this year. He's been a high level plodder, disinterested and far from aggressive. His purchase concerns me at the moment. I don't see him as any sort of MESSIAH!!!!!!!!!!

On the bolded point if any of them came on the market the first talk from fans would be they are dickheads and we wouldn't want them at the Sharks.

I would take Victor in a heartbeat. He's been my fave non-Sharks player for years.
Any of the four would improve our team although I don't really see a need to change anything as far as our personnel. The longer they are together the closer we come to hitting the jackpot

I somewhat agree.
The issue they've obviously had is the timeouts for Royce and BHU.
I've said this a few times so I will repeat myself here.
Both those players become better and better when they are actually playing, they gain inner momentum.
We saw that very much so with Royce tonight, and we've seen it before with BHU.
People can cream about Royce tonight but you know for sure that those very same people will have mental vasectomies if he gets injured and comes back "plodding"

Too true, which is why I'm not anxious to cull any of them.

Exactly my point, Chief.
Unfortunately I think the Royce decision to let him bargain was not made this week, it was made a while back.
That's the salary cap thoughts that go with the hand you're dealt.
Moons has been doing this stuff a while.
I honestly hope we have all these big arsed muthas for next year, and all competing like enraged animals.
They all fit the cap next year, go fecking nuts.

Yep. The writing's been on the wall for a while now.
I hope we don't release him early though. I love Royce when he's starting to warm back into it.
If he can stay injury free for the rest of this year, and into next, I'm going to enjoy watching him rip in.

2 unfashionable players I’d take at the Sharks in a heartbeat, even though they’d likely not make the 17 most weeks - Jack Hetherington and Alex Sayfarth. Both have that mongrel that they don’t care who’s in front of them, they want the aggro, and want to physically dominate them.
We lack a bit of firebrand like that - it’s healthy to have the odd dickhead and a few hot heads around the squad. Forces the nice guys to toughen up, if nothing else but to survive in training. You need a good mix of all different character traits.

I cant remember when or where but, pretty sure Flanno made similar quote about getting mix of players right.
