Stick with the same team, give or take?

Or give some blokes a run?

I'll go-

1- Tuivasa Sheck
2- Watene Zelezniak
3- Whare/Hiku
4- Takairangi
5- Rapana
6- Nikorima
7- Johnson
8- Taupau
9- Levi
10- Blair
11- Liu
12- Tapine
13- Taylor

Res- Asofa-Solomona, Bromwich, Packer, Martin

Same team, Whare in for Beale.

I'd like to see TMM get a run but Levi was too damn good

6 TMM
7 Johnson
9 Nikorima
14 Levi

That'd be nice.

1. Nikorima/Hiku/Nightingale
6. Martin
7. Johnson/Nikorima/Leuluai
9. Levi/Leuluai

Plenty of options/combinations if the big guns are to be rested

Hard call with the resting.
Anyone with a niggle needs to rest, but if we don't play guys from the squad and someone injuries themselves they are coming in underdone later in the series.
Really want the spine to keep playing together, I'd rest TL if I had too (since plenty of test experience) Martin on bench, Nikorima to hooker when he comes on for Levi.

I'd give Fonua-Blake a run, big body that is hard to bring down, be good if he has a run under his belt if needed later in the tournament

Yep, this resting of key players such as Mannering and Rapana was predictable. I thought Johnson would be rested too but after last years draw against Scotland, Kidwell is showing them respect by fielding Johnson, NAS and Taupau.

After the thrashing of Samoa, the team has got me believing in our team again. I'm not overly convinced we can win the tournament, but right now I'm just satisfied we're meeting the standard that we should be at, particularly with our second half against Samoa. We just need to roll that second half performance from that game into the Scottish game.

Ref for game is Henry Perenara.
So no neutral ref!
I reckon Perenara is a good ref and because he's a kiwi himself, he'll be hoping for the kiwis to make it easy for him by easily beating the Scots legitimately. Refs are always a talking point when it comes to close games.

Perenara is rubbish and is more likely to favour the Scots to prove himself neutral

Yeah I can see that happening simply for that reason you mentioned. Like I said before, lets hope we make it easy on him by winning convincingly which I'm fairly confident we can do.
