No Prince or Bailey for the Titans.

The only change for the Titans Clint Amos OUT.

Rankin will make his debut off the bench.

What did everyone think of Mad Dog & Mad Dog/Simmo being put on report.

Mad Dog may get a week. Fight the other charge, He was diving.

Not a great effort imo. Still good to get a decent victory.

Well I have not seen the game, however, a very mild mannered mate of mine rang me with 5 to go and was absolutely flithy with the refs performance. He went as far to say that the refs performance kept the Titans in the game. I just checked the penalty count and it was 11-5. Comments?

Houston brings nothing to the team imo except the weekly dropped ball or penalty. On a positive side I'm happy with the way the Dureau/Mullen combination is working.

Well we were robbed of try and most calls went their way... nothing new. I'm actually amazed that we win games with lopsided penalty counts such as these.

Ref was alright, it the game was closer i would have been filthy with him. Usual square up fot the titans and we had a try disallowed which should have been one

:?

Did Houston even have either tonight?

Dureau was a bit of a liability tonight I thought, and only offered a couple good kicks and passes.

Dissapointed to not reach 40 points.

Our front rowers were excellent and done their job very well.

This highlights the problem the NRL is facing, it is a double edged sword if the match official rules against you at present. Not only do you potentially loose a game, but given the closeness of the competion one disallowed try could cost you a top 8 spot based on percentages....

Ref was sh*t. Another mind-altering no-try from the video ref against us too.

MacDougall will probably get a week or two for some ugly looking tackles. Tough to tell. Will be a shame. He even made McMinus look good on a play tonight. f**king miracle worker. Don't worry, Kelso managed to grab air on a few bombs and clown footed it into touch. Always good for a laugh he and Houston.

We are turning into a Smith side.
Any number of big and athletic guys who come at you in wave after wave all game.

We are so much better than the start of the year.
We arn't ready for Melbourne yet, but bring on anyone else in the comp i say. We might not beat them all, but we'll be in the race.

Back next week.

Cross, Royal, Lulia, Wicks, Aku & maybe Wes.

I think Mad Dog will get a week atleast. Aku to Wing -> Coops to centre.

Lulia, Wicks, Wes to NSW Cup.

The rest are hard decisions.

In my opinion its the first time in a while we can be described as a TEAM. We may have had flashier players and of course we had GOD, aka AJ in the past but at present we have a team. A group of blokes that work together to bring about a result. Well done Smith.
