We suck in every grade. We probably won't make finals in any grade.
We don't have a full top 30.
We have players who are now passed it, an interim coach who wants the 1st grade gig full time yet has presided over our attack for the last 18 months.
We are going for a coach next year who has never been in charge of a 1st grade team.
We seem to lack any football nous on the board.

That's pretty much the size of it.... When you look at it like that you wonder why rookies like Hannay and Ryles are putting themselves forward - it could end their head coaching career before it gets started....
