Dragons up 6 nill after 7mins. Parra had the better of the running so far, however a poor pass from Talatainia and even poorer defensive awareness sees Dragons streak down field for any easy try. Funa-Iuta also now off with an HIA.

But alas Parra can’t convert it into points with a frantic set ending with Nanva having to grubber for himself. Spine looking a bit disjointed in their unfamiliar position.

More than danger signs as the Dragons extends their lead with their winger touching down in the corner. Conversion is unsuccessful.

Dragons 10 - 0 after 23mins.

Kelly on report now - high tackle in the ensuing set. FFS another penalty now as the ref finds us foul even though Dragons just lost it. A bit of justice as they again knock on a few plays later.

Dragons in again this time stripping us for numbers down our right flank. Handling & discipline haven’t been good the whole game but now with the fatigue of being one man down Parra just cannot stop the onslaught. Conversion unsuccessful.

Dragons 14 - 0 after 31min

Bahaha get something going alright! It’s St George screaming down the field in the other direction! The Parra block play comes apart with a Papali’i bat on being hawked by the Dragons winger who goes the length for an easy try. Conversion successful.

Dragons 20-0 just before half time.

Good lord.. we’ve let them in again before half time. Dragons put up a rather innocuous mid field bomb however they’re the only ones who challenge for the ball and after an offload their winger David Fale scores his hattrick. Pathetic stuff. Conversion successful.

24-0 at half time.

Disjointed and obvious when in possession, the training reports had the Cup side challenging the NRL team when is opposition .
Not helped by having the 2 slowest wingers in any teams grade in our Cup team, a break from anywhere and they can’t chase , awful.

Need a composed second half, maybe we underestimated what an experienced 7 can bring, footy Dean was at least serviceable.

Api just danced with him before that last try

He can't tackle. He has let 2 or 3 bombs bounce. Throw 3 hospital passes in red zone and a shit kick.
His attempt on Fale was embarrassing. He does have silky skills but I cant see him playing NRL if he cant put his body on the line.

Joash is not a halfback.

Lorenzo looks fine out there to me but only has De Bellin helping in halves.

Morretti has been strong and Nanva ok
