I've made pretty clear I think it's a team game. I don't blame the team's youngest players any more than I blame the coach. I'd say the coach has more influence than a junior player, but he absolutely doesn't have total control of anything.

I made up that statistic to take the piss you dopey clown. But if it does have any actual relevance, it's for older players, to describe the quality of a player's career. A guy who played 200 NRL games but lost most of them probably bounced around some shitty clubs (or stayed at one for a decade) where there wasn't much competition. It's not the same as some merkin who played 200 games in strong rosters where he played in a high proportion of wins.

Regarding young players, WPYSA18 is into the territory of small samples. This is why it's inherently speculative to judge youngsters, whether positively or negatively.
