I don't have any Parra contacts. But I have heard a few penny guys and say he is a special talent when thought they got him.

Playing prop at 18 against grown men is a pretty good sign.

Sucks we lost but I am pretty happy with the backup forwards we have next year that played tonight.

Mateale - Played with aggression
Talagi - Played like he always does runs hard
Lokeni - Looked ok as a middle has size
Funa-Iuta - needa to get his fitness up but is a decent player
Lewis - Beef up and will also be a good backup.

Plus we have Jackson Koina coming, Will Latu should be back. Throw in Tuivaiti, Moretti and Debelin for the 1st grade or thereabouts and there will be some quality running around in NSW cup

I think it was similar last week. Not quite as bad but when I've seen him the first thing I noticed was he has a terrible technique and doesn't put his body on the line.
He ain't playing NRL unless this is fixed.

He came to the club as a five-eighth, but his defence explains why he was moved to fullback. Anyone with a tackle effectiveness that low must have poor technique. He's a quality attacking player though.

Everyone’s defence was terrible. We missed 61 tackles.

Someone wrote on here (somewhere) that Penrith were keen to also get Ryda after they signed Blaize, but that Ryda said no and is staying here?

But within that. some people's defence would have been worse than others - even just from the "objective" stats, without an eye test.

Like how we can say the Raiders' right hand defence was worse last night, despite whatever their team's total missed tackle count would have been.
