this is strange to me... didnt we buy lawson as a winger? seems weird to switch him and buchannan. Lwasons size and skillset suits wing to a tee, while buchanan has always been a centre

i suspect it is because Finau and Fegai are ahead of Lawson for a serious NRL wing spot if injuries strike

that doesnt mean that Lawson wont switch to wing in 6 to 8 rounds from now in the NSW Cup

and or we dont have much centre depth if injuries strike..........besides Allan and maybe Fegai ?

Pretty intense pathway for Lawson to be an NRL backline player with in the first 6 weeks or so

you hazard a guess maybe round 12 in NSW RL and more data........ we will all know more

Looking at Lawson in the games he has had, he is still a long way off being a winger or centre at NRL level. I think there is still debate if he will make it at all. I also remember people saying he had blinding speed but he has been run down quite easily in KOE cup when in the open. Hope the guy goes well but it would be a huge risk putting him at centre in NRL, for that matter so is Fegai.
