Greece out in straight sets after such a good round-robin phase

tbh, after conceding, Greece only got back in the game with a freakish own-goal. South Africa on the other hand scored 2 good goals. After a frantic opening 30 minutes where Greece fired plenty of shots, they turned in another limp play-off performance. I'm devastated.

C'mon Germany!!

Another thriller....

Jamaica run riot over South Africa, yet the South Africans held on to force extra time despite not getting a shot off over the entire 90 minutes. Jones finally slammed one home from after pouncing on a loose ball after 111 minutes. Barlett almost immediately hit back leaving the game in the balance at 1-1.

Penalties followed and South Africa got the advantage after Kurt Christensen's effort was turned away. With the final within their grasp, Mhkaelele stepped up for the Safa's and had his effort saved for Barrett. All square through 4 shots, Ricardo Jones scored for Jamaica, and then Barrett denied Pharri as Jamaica reached their first Konami Cup final since Konami Cup XII. South Africa's emotional roller coaster coming to a sad, yet fitting finale...

Well, I don't know what to say about this final

Switzerland have been totally dominant all tournament, and are coming off a spectacularly dominant 5-0 win

However, Jamaica beat Switzerland 4-0 in the second week of the play-offs. Can this sort of result be repeated? I doubt it.

I foresee a classic, but I think the Jamaicans, as mild underdogs, will get home on the guts and passion factor.

Also worth noting, there are two cups on the line. Jamaica, as the home side, are defending the Benson and Hedges Cup, which they won off Switzerland in the earlier match, Switzerland having won it off Nigeria earlier in the tournament
