Strong rumour reported by 2GB that Inu might be a shock selection for NZ. With Brent Webb unavailable due to the birth of a child, this rumour could very well be true, as NZ are lacking fullbacks.

Good luck to him if he does but I doubt they would gamble on a player who has only played 1 first grade game.

Too early, could ruin his career. On the other hand if he starred (as unlikely as it is in an understrength NZ team against Australia) it could be the making of him. But it's typical NZRL, any Kiwi boy with talent is a walk up start in their team. Though you can't blame them after the Karmichael Hunt nonsense.

Probably not true anyway, Patrick Ah Van would be ahead of him due to FG experience you'd think if they were going to pick a premier league player.

Just heard of a mate of mine who's girlfriends boss is a due who knows other dudes... that Wade McKinnon could play for New Zealand due to his Great Aunt being from Tasmania (Tasmainia are now apart of New zealand)

Says you? Mind you I didn't say he couldn't, but why are you an expert? But you throw a 19 year old with ONE game of first grade experience against an even less experienced Canberra team, into a test team against the kicking games of Lockyer, Thurston, Cam Smith, with very little to work with at 7 and 9, and you think that he is gonna be better for it? Not to mention he doesn't even play fullback in reserve grade.

I couldn't care less about NZ, I just don't want to see a bright prospect thrown in too early and humiliated if he doesn't do well, because you know that's where the papers will look to when laying blame for their loss. But this is all irrelevant until he is actually named, I remember similar rumours about Jeremy Smith last year.

Everyone can have an opinion, remember you were a expert on Ian Hindmarsh's ability were you not?
