Kurtis Rowe

The Roosters are job sharing the FB position at the moment between Mini and RTS , maybe we can go that avenue until Tedesco returns if Rowe fails to grasp his opportunity at FB.

I have held off commenting on Rowe to at least give him a chance. He was terrible today and has yet to show any promise at NRL level. He is a swinging gate in defence, didn't even try to catch bombs on the full, below average kick returns and never looked like breaking the line.

He has to go at this stage. Simona to fullback is a far better cover and would let our best broken play runner the space to create something.

You guys are f**ken morons. Seriously - Rowe did nothing wrong and I don't rate him at all. He was not the problem today at any point.

Simona will most likely be out for 1-2 for that dumb lifting tackle.

His positioning for kicks was abysmal and actually helped gift the Titans a try from a grubber.

He seems very slow laterally which is very odd for such a small and light player.

Say what you like , he is f**king rubbish .

Yeah whatever. Anyone calling him ordinary today is a complete and utter moron. He put in.

If you can't see that go and watch the game again then come back here and tell us that what a dickhead you are.

Seriously some of you just have no idea.

Correct. Spent 'much of' his seven years at fullback,
some seasons permanent and some as a fill in.

Id say he can handle fullback for five or six weeks while Teddy is out.

Still wrong.

He played 41 of 224 games at Fullback and he sure as hell didn't fill in on another 120 odd other occasions.

Furthermore, when he did fill in, he wasn't exactly brilliant, but he was a better option than anyone else on the field at the time.

Are you serious??

He is a complete cat

He gave up the chase on don for the second try 30m out. He doesn't bring the ball back or commit in defence. Quiet simply he doesn't have a go.

I was at the game , and you can see far more live then a shitty tv reply. He improved a bit towards the end of the game but still wasn't offering anything expected of a first grader. Even my 11 year old nephew commented on his heartless one arm touches in defence.

Yeah I'm serious. He has been ordinary apart from today.

You morons (and that is going easy on you) need to go and watch that game on replay without trying to crucify him.

He had a go today. The cat plays were few and far between and there were hardly any mistakes. He isn't a gun and I doubt he will be however he had a go out there.

Everyone around me was calling him a cat.

He was completely pea hearted. If he puts in a shocker I can handle it. John Morris put in shocked after shocked but at least he always had a go.

Rowe is sitting alongside fitzhenry, teo and moltzen as guys who have let their team mates down by not trying.

Simona would be much better option at Fullback
Austin would be much better option at 5/8.
We all know this to be true but for one reason or another I don't see it happening any time soon.

I'm more concerned about Austin playing hooker. Not to discredit his skill, but he looked buggered out there having to make so many tackles. He is a real threat with his play-making skills and his running game isn't reaching would it could while he is playing as a bench hooker. And for that matter I would prefer to see Fulton and bench hooker.

I admire Potter's strategy of replacing positions for positions and sticking with his choices week in week out but I wouldn't mind seeing a shake up.

He let in two trys with extremely soft defence, was regularly out of position and let the ball bounce numerous times and refused to run it up. 3 ok runs in the last 10 minutes does not mean he had a good game. He was a passenger plain and simple.

I get it. You can't watch the game and actually see what happens. Its called sheep syndrome.

I don't think he is a good player and he definitely isn't in Tedesco's class at this point however he was not the problem out there.

The forwards didn't dominate and our halves were ordinary. Anasta was terrible and while Brooks had his moments it wasn't enough and he needed to do a lot more.
