You're memory isn't great is it ?

Throwing stones the W/T way eh ?

and yes, i was reeponding to this

Anyone think penrith are keen on latteral still? maybe theyre worried about his off field character, where tigers or souths wouldn't care, especially since bennet is at souths

good to chat again though, havent heard from you since last off season when you were living in the tigers forum sprouting a panthers dynasty and laughing at clearly leaving our 'shambles of a club'

funny how you dissapered once the season started

Ah well nothing much has changed for the W/T faithful Still a shambles of a club, always will be. I had some posts removed by your moderator . So I didn't disappear as such, but rather was put into exile.

Have fun with you're tin foil hat, and supporting a club with the longest final drought in the modern NRL.

Latrell fits this decription, maybe theyre worried about his off field character, where tigers or souths wouldn't care, especially since bennet is at souths

Lining up to pay a million or more for a centre who is at best - inconsistent.

You can't hide him in a side like the Tigers or Gold Coast as they don't have the quality of players to cover for him and the fans will be baying for blood should he not be in the top 2 or 3 for the team every week, all season long.

No returning to Taree/Old Bar for a week off here and there either.

Which is why I believe he is waiting for Souths, where he will have other quality players in the squad. Not to mention Wayne who is a master at helping to cover up player indiscretions. There is talk that he asked the Tigers for $1.4M a season, probably to see how silly they are.

Latrell when on is better than any other outside back in the game, however going to the Tigers or the Titans, he will be expected to be the saviour and do it week in and week out. I doubt he is willing to go to a club under that pressure, unless of course they pay stupid money.

Agreed re selecting Souths.

However, I find it very difficult to believe they would give him anymore than the Roosters offered.

Then again, they are paying 750K for a winger atm.

I don't believe he asked 1.4 million from the Tigers. He would have been laughed out of the room.

If you can believe Fox sports, the Titans are now after Latrell - https://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/nr...e/news-story/ea036635b3e135da5f4059f644090a27

Foxsports are really slow on the uptake here. Betoota covered this three weeks ago. Oh wait...

Haha Awww! Gold Coast Titans Approach Latrell

In some adorable news out of the NRL off-season, it seems the Gold Coast Titans have also thrown their hat into the ring for a signature from Latrell Mitchell.

According to the rabid sports media speculators, the Sydney Roosters fullback has already signed five different contracts with five different clubs for next year.

Today, a sixth club has entered the race. The Gold Coast Titans ahahah.

While journalists continue to build up their sensationalised coverage of Latrell Mitchell’s every move, it seems this particular development is so laughable that it probably won’t even get turned into some Fox Sports clickbait.

As has been discussed openly by the rising 22-year-old football star, his decision will be based solely on several well outlined factors: what is best for his family, location, money and likeliness of ever winning another premiership.

While the Gold Coast Titans can offer Latrell’s family a nice hometown – the fact that their administration is overseen by the NRL means that they are unable to cheat the salary cap – and therefore unable to pay him what he’s worth.

However, the cutest thing about this offer is the fact that they are expecting to be taken seriously in their efforts to offer the two-premiership winning Origin star an underpaid opportunity to play alongside a bunch of 37-year-olds.

The Titans have insisted that they will have the money to sign Mitchell as their contract with Jarryd Hayne is set to expire in a few months.

Haha awwww.
