Picked-up the Big League season preview this morning as saw another reason why former rugby league players should stay away from anything intellectual. Laurie Daley has been asked to rate all of the teams in regards to where they will finish this year and.......wait for it.......he thinks the dragons will finish first. Did the editors at the magazine really think that he was going to come up with any other prediction. Anyone with a current affiliation with a club should be banned from a position in the media; it makes life VERY boring when they talk.
eg. Gould, Daley, Vautin, Harrigan etc.

P.S. He predicted the Eels to finish 9th. What a knob!!!!

I don't think he could have been any more biased if he tried, and heck, he isn't even coaching the damn Dragons anymore! At least Fatty has a bit of a laugh about his Sea Eagles bias and openly admits it, the rest, well, they aren't fooling anybody.

I read it while at lunch and i almost chocked on my octopus when he was predicting we'd finish 10th :roll: ......he doesn't rate our side....but funny enough the 2 clubs he's had an affiliation with in the past are 2 sides he predicts to come in the top 4.....our side is stonger then both.
