Yes mate, that is the night, it is the same night as the supporters club meeting. I do plan to be there and question the minutes of the AGM, (available Online) I am mentioned in the minutes 3 times. The first time they got my name wrong. . . .

They did get it right the other two times. . .
Having said that the "Salary Cap" breach might actually rear its head at the meeting, If I recall correctly, the board and CEO were asked about Salary cap breaches and those on the dais said that procedures had been put in place to stop this sort of thing happening.

Confusing. The FC meeting is about the juniors NYC and NSW Cup and the LC meeting is about (amongst other things) the NRL side.

Why they never surrendered the ownership of the NRL side to the FC. It was part of their election platform. It made sense at the time and I was in agreement with their policy.

May have something to do with the constitution which from personal experience from a club at a small level it's friggen hard to change. So it could've been put in the 2 hard basket.

Firstly "My Mate", I haven't see the bloke apart from at club AGMs for the last 4 years, my mate. I consider Alan Overton to be a mate and more than that a mentor to me, but Fitzy for any good work he did, he had an Ego bugger that Uranus, and you can take that with both meanings Jake.

Were the breaches questioned, yes, I reported on them on this or the Eels board. They were also discussed upfront in a frank and open way when they happened at the AGM meeting.

MITS why hasn't the new regime split the NRL Franchise away from the LC to the FC like they said they would ?

They said at the time that the setup was only good for Fitzy because he was a controlling merkin.

Ratchy said you need to amend the constitution. Sounds hard but it's just another matter that needs to be voted on at any AGM. Has it ever been put on the agenda or discussed ?
