I think it'd do ok, you can have the divisions meet in the LDC final if one of the LER 2 sides are good enough and as we have seen with a team like Avignon who were promoted 2 years ago, they def have support and if they reached a major final, who knows how many could turn up.

A Rep side as you say could probably put out a pretty decent side. (that would soon be snapped up by the bigger clubs ;-))
