didn't Andrew Johns come out last week and say that you don't need to run the ball to be a great halfback??
Pointless, Tim led our side to the major prelim ( and time in 3 years), second in the NRL in try assists.......this really shows that some people are too quick to critisise after a couple of games in a new season.

Really....Only the tough can survive...and watching Tommy Raudonikis on NRL on Fox tonight, give me that era back again.

What, the post at the start of this thread giving Tim Smith a wrap?
Why RJ, would I be bored by that, when I can be put to sleep by your third day in a row of trying to put down a fellow forum member rather than actually give and exchange an opinion on a footy issue?
Bring on Friday's game is all I can say!
RJ, at the moment I'm sleeping both day and night, without any tonic!
Gotta admire Ronny's love and support of Timmy. What a pity Tim didn't get the opportunity to repay his faith. RJ leader of the Tim Smith 'cheer squad'
I must have really shook RJ up by having and opinion different to his...
Sorry Ron.....But it's only a game.....A billion people in China have never heard of the Eels or Tim Smith. It is a speck of fly sh*t on civilisation as we know it. Tim getting medical treatment is the best thing that could have happened to him. He's happy, his family is happy and everyone else should be happy that he is trying to get his life back in order.
When you are 23 and you have a mental breakdown, quitting football is like a spit in the ocean..
ODE TO TIMMY
Parramatta you're the greatest,
All your team moves are the latest,
Timmy Smith, he's our star,
To see him we would travel far,
But please oh Timmy,
Don't get hurt,
For without you,
We are not worth a squirt.
