So Simo, all that ' I Hate Hayne' nonsense you've been going on with for the past few months is really another way for you to say you're passionate about him?

WOW, who would've thought?

i have only read the first 4 pages of this dribble so please correct me if i am wrong...

I am an eels fan and beleive what i am about to post is fairly fair on my team, i feel i am in a position to post it as an eels fan who has watched all of our games this season... fans of other teams wouldnt have seen all our games.

Why the hate for hayne? Yes he is a star... selfish? hell no... definately a team player.
hate him for celebrating a try? why? It is okay for every other player to celebrate but him?

Are we a one man team? Yes i think we are.... why? As our coach has put all of his eggs into one basket. Everything is about hayne... As great of a player he is you just cant do that in any team sport. Weather it be footy, soccer or any code!

Eelementry stated something about caylo and sending him off in great fashion...
i think as a fan i would love to see that, however caylo is getting only the respect he is showing to others. He is meant to be a leader on and off the field for the club yet i have failed to see that this season.... he should be the one fronting the press. Not someone out of form and lucky to be playing NRL in Daniel mortimer etc..

I can see the hate from other fans about bandwagon fans, however any team with success and wins will get that... so i look forward to that when it happens to you.

That's a coach thing...Anderson thinks it is a good idea to keep Mortimer in the spotlight because it helps his confidence (so the theory goes). Plus he's more charismatic naturally than Cayless (with the media, anyway).

I despise this talk that Cayless isn't a good captain because he doesn't talk much. Cayless is a man of action. He plays Grand Finals with a bad hamstring. He plays Finals games with a broken arm. He kicks a match-turning field goal when we need it. He makes that try-saving tackle right on full-time. He pops that miracle offload that sets up a try.

Ask any of the Eels and they will unequivocally tell you the heart and soul of this club are the two Nathans. One seemingly looks more active (Hindmarsh), but only because he's always playing 80 minutes every week. Nathan Cayless is a great leader - I refer you back a few years when there was an in-goal blow-up between Riddell and someone else and all Cayless did was look at the blokes and tug on Riddell's shirt and everyone shut the hell up.

Hindmarsh and Cayless bust a gut every week for this club and deserve better.

I often wonder if there are enough morons out there to keep publications like the Tele and Courier Mail going. Then I see threads like this, where people get deranged style angry over their musings and it appear that unfortunately there are.

I really find it hard to see a 1st grader in Mortimer.

Parra is my second team as i grew up in the Parramatta region and i always like to see a western sydney team do well but Dan Mortimer is reminding me of Tim Smith of 2005, Smith had a great year and many said he will be the next Sterling after 2005, but since that we have rarely seen him play anywhere near the way he played in 2005.

Unfortunately Mortimer seems to be doing exactly the same. Great first year but this year has been very very ordinary. I think 12 months from now we will know 100% exactly which mould Mortimer will fit into, but in my opinion he is not up to it.

And Parra unfortunately will not do well until they get there Halves sorted out, and get a quality Hooker......

Eels are cruising this year, waiting for the right time to strike.

Round 23 is the perfect time for the Eels to strike.

Now I may be wrong here.... But I believe a Rabbitoh is an old, old wooden ship, used during the Civil War Era.
