but that's the point, that is what is needed, people with differing views but the same goal, airing their options, and voting fairly on the best one with the rest of the board.

It doesn't seem to be happening currently there.

It needs a mix mate, of everything. You get a board who ALL think they are the ones with the business acumen, you have trouble. you get a board of ALL marketing heads, they all think they have the answer in that area, you get a board of all passionate ex players , they lack the business nouse, you have a board of all fans, you have too much passion and not enough business acumen.

Shark has experience and the education and qualifications to sit on the board to be honest , but there are plenty of practical things to take into account too.
